Clem is a modern Nomai and a friend of Neem.[1]
They were told the story of Escall's Vessel as a child.[2] Clem feared that Neem and his clan were gone too, as they had not sent any messages in a while.[3][1] However, it turned out that his Vessel ran into trouble during its warp, but that it was now on its way to Canna.[4]
